Oh my what a lovely neighborhood and restaurant. This place is a hidden gem and a vegan delight!! I ordered the black bean cakes, smothered with over medium eggs and a red pepper sauce that just melted in my mouth. I enjoyed every bite!! The meal was moist and included mixed greens. Flying Saucer is a hipster style diner. I ate here a while back and wasn 't a huge fan, but recently I 've noticed they 've had quite a few review great reviews so I shall return (and an update will surely follow). Cute breakfast spot. Had the corned beef hash skillet with over easy eggs a hot tea. The corned beef had cheese on it. Which was a nice touch....
