Dined in and had the Nashville Hot Hot sandwich with a side of duck fat fries So damn good.

Before I actually start the review, the reason this place goes from 4-4.5 stars to a solid 5 stars is their customer service.

"Stopped in for brunch whilst visiting our son, he wanted to take us to Bluebird as he loves their food! Our son is not wrong! Excellent food. I was skeptical about going for a burger but this is not a burger joint! I ordered the Big Texas Juanita with duck fat fries again a recommendation from our son. My husband ordered the Gunslinger (pork belly) with duck fat fries. Wow! The food was absolutely delicious! This is definitely a gem of a place!"
