We went to Cesar's on Broadway for my birthday lunch with my family and it was great. I had quesobirria which was really good. Cadillac margaritas pitchers were delicious and I was able to have a nice buzz and it didn't give me a headache. I wish I had purchased a bottle to go. We hope you guys bring back the mobile pick ups around different parts of Chicago. Thanks for taking care of us. read more.
