My son and I had a superb dining experience last night. Once you go inside... what a lovely restaurant, traditional yet contemporary, chic yet somehow cosy. What Emir Kunt doesn't like about The Tavern:
Food was ok, salt and pepper squid not as nice as I remembered previously (too greasy and mainly tasted of batter) and not having (and not telling us until the food arrived) blue cheese dip for buffalo wings wasn’t great. Wings themselves, mac and cheese and chilli cheese fries were excellent. Service and ambience good as always. read more.
