I come here every so often and the staff even though different each time are very professional, always smiling, polite and welcoming. It's a refreshing change to some places where staff are stuck to their phones and not really up to speed with customer care. Thanks again, the food was good, and the tea just as I like it. The food was excellent. A real shame that we booked for groundless brunch, but the service was so slow, we received only 3 glasses prosseco. The deal was not particularly clear about the price of what was actually groundless. Overall a beautiful experience could have been better. read more.
