"Haven’t had Firehouse since I left Alabama 3 years ago. Had a pastrami that was delish and very lean. The bread was nice and soft and warm too!! Definitely a more delightful sub sandwich than Subway and Jimmy John’s. I know where I’m going for lunch when I come to Spokane!!"

"Update: I've been through a lot of tests and while I should avoid gluten, I should be completely and honest and say my doctor doesn't think a complete allergy is as much as it was before. I have many lasting health factors that are placed directly from what I put in my body. This has no influence on my review of this shop, I still love it to bits! Update: This is a breakfast sandwich I made with her cheddar cookies! It is so good that bread holds its shape and it has sooo much taste! I'm obsessed and it's worth every penny! The best grilled cheese I ever had! (Gluten or gluten-free, it was the best) they were so eager to help me learn about gluten-free foods and assured me that my new gluten-free life from here will get better. It was so necessary after everything I fought with. They offer home goods that do not have preservatives and all good stuff. I do not feel any of the normal dread that I feel when buying the big brand “gluten free” products. Thank you for being so helpful! I will be regular!!"
