Kan Sushi - Chatswood

This restaurant has the potential to be both excellent and mediocre. I have dined here with my children on multiple occasions, experiencing both delicious food and fantastic service, as well as disappointing meals that made me vow to never return. The quality of the food can vary greatly, sometimes being abundant, diverse, and fresh, while other times it is simply terrible. The level of service also fluctuates, with some staff members being excellent while others are shockingly bad. In a place like Chatswood where there is an abundance of excellent Asian cuisine options, being ordinary is not enough. Unfortunately, this restaurant falls into the category of being very average. It will be interesting to see how long they can survive without improving their standards.

Chatswood is spoiled for Sushi selection. I had lunch here and found the $3 a plate special of good value, I liked the selection and the quality was good. Very new to the precinct of the Interchange but good for a quick sushi fix sit down!

The person who thought of adding a sushi bar to The District dining complex is really innovative.

This sushi train in The District at Chatswood Interchange is a cozy spot! The food is quite fresh and I appreciate that they don't overload it with mayo.
