Was User at Crabby Joe's Tap & Grill a mag?
Stopped here for Saturday night supper. Crowded but seated and served quickly. Wraps were especially good as were noodle dishes. Overall the food had no "pop" though.Fries bland, my teriyaki noodles barely tasted like teriyaki, and house salad was good , but again, no "pop" in flavor like you would expect from this creative chain. I'd go back again because service was so good and the food was okay...but I'm not going... View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Crabby Joe's Tap & Grill:
This was only my second visit to a Crabby Joe's.Had been to the one in Exeter, On. That one was nice and burger was fine, plus they had a charging station for my car. This location looks old and a bit tired inside.Service was average. Wait person do normal but not exceptional service.I expected more from the food. As it was half off pasta day, I thought I would try that. The chicken parm dish was bland. Noodles were so... This was our first visit since the ownership changed. We were disappointed with the seating and the quality of the food. However, the waitress was very friendly and efficient. The booth we were seated at was clean, but there were mats rolled up against the wall, a working station with menus and booster seats, which seemed inappropriate. We ordered fish and chips, but the fries were old and not very hot. The fish was good though. The waitress was understanding of our concern with the fries and said she would inform the kitchen staff, but no adjustments were made or offered.

We went there for dinner on Saturday night. We went early because we knew they would get busy and we needed to be back at the competition. Service was excellent but the food seemed to take a little longer than I would expect for a food chain like this.

Our girls night out love this place. We gathered for our usual monthly get together and each order something different. It was all good and healthy portions as well.

I've eaten at many Crabby Joe's, but visited this Chatham branch (for the third or fourth time) Saturday 15 October. Pleasant staff, fast seating. But there's something missing with the Chatham kitchen team. Dishes I've enjoyed elsewhere are just "OK" here. My chicken Parmesan was leather tough. And what restaurant serves pasta without offering Parmesan to go with it? Well, this one. My companions, both new to Crabby Joe's, were pleased. So: maybe it's just me. Saturday is a busy night, and we visited at a peak hour. But, the Petrolia Crabby Joe's gets slammed nightly before VPP curtain, and still manages to turn out a superior product. Same chain, and I'd rate *that* restaurant 4.5 stars. It's a puzzlement.
