"Quel bon souvenir de notre passage à Chartres !Petit restaurant qui s'inspire du bouchon Lyonnais. C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."

"A gourmet restaurant that offers a beautiful experience. I recommend ordering the formule which offers a complete selection of the place's dishes. All ingredients are organic. The only thing to improve is the disposition of the staff: We asked for a table on the terrace (it was available) they told us it was reserved, but when we left the table the table was still free.
