What Wayne T likes about Splendid Essence:
I live in a city 3-4x as big as Charlottetown and we don't have anything this interesting good for vegetarian options. Sure this is not strictly vegetarian but the menu is largely plant-based as far as I could tell. (And, frankly, that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned). This was the culinary pinnacle of our PEI vacation and I can only say that I wish this was an option in my own city. Kudo's to the chef! read more.

Really don't get the high marks,more like a train station in Katmandu for backpackers who have not eaten in days or sherpas on the way to Everest .no booze to quaff your buds...more for the Birkenstock crowd read more.
