Sky was fantastic! He clearly explained that the team was short-staffed, but assured us he would take great care of us, and he truly delivered. From the moment we arrived and were seated, every aspect of our experience was managed well, despite the challenges. What User dislikes about O'Charley's:
Updating from 4 to 1 star as of 5.6.22. Just spent 10 minutes waiting for a hostess to seat us. Last month when we were here, seating was quick but the food took awhile. No problem with that since they're probably dealing with staffing issues like everyone else. We still tipped our server well. She was fine. I am not a big fan of chain resturants Dang it.I am going to have to re-evaluate that claim.
Not a huge fan of this O'Charley's location, I wish the one located near Garner was still in business.
This was by far the best customer service we've ever experienced. After a long trip, the staff made us feel right at home. The food arrived quickly, the restaurant was spotless, everything tasted amazing, and we enjoyed wonderful conversations with the manager, Sky, who took great pride in making our little break a fantastic experience. I highly recommend a visit!
The food was good, but had to wait an enormous time before the food was served. Like salmon should be caught. No place for me to return.

Probably won't be returning.
