Great veggie platter great service. Spiced tea is great also. I miss the fasolia tho. Not a fan of the tofu dish that has taken its place. Update: Really sad the sauce for the sambusa has changed. It tastes like Texas Pete now, and the past two times we have ordered it, the lentils were still frozen in the middle. It’s 4 stars on its best day but I have found that the quality is not consistent, hence 3 stars. It is, however, still the best Ethiopian restaurant I’ve found in the Triangle area. I love Ethiopian food and this place is why. The vegan combination is so good, and love the injera!
