"That was a strange experience. First of all, I must congratulate the hostess, who is exceptionally gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for our waitress Jackie. I came to brunch with my mother in the law at 8:00. When we sat, only two other tables were sitting, and they already had drinks and placed their orders. Jackie brought us water and ignored us for 30 minutes. I tried to get her attention and she seemed to avoid making eye contact what was bizarre. The restaurant filled out and we saw other people receive attentive service. When I finally got up at 8:31, the other server (which wasn't our server) rushed by and asked for our order. I said no thanks and he threw his hands in frustration?! I have the impression it was a good I tried and these customers are inappropriate? gesture. In the face I cannot decide whether it was Jackie or the male waiter was rude and unwilling. The third waitress and hostess was very apologetic when we were gone. But why on earth would someone stay, eat food and spend money where they are clearly considered a burden? The rest of our stay in New Harmony was okay, not great. My family and I got the mood that, although New Harmony is a city that many tourists see, they don't really like it and are made by those tourists."

"Service was good except we got only part of our food but paid full price for our food I got the meatlovers omelette which is supposed to come with home fries and toast yes I ordered a pancake on the side which I paid for so she did not substitute my wife order as well did not come with home fries, she also asked for a side of gravy and was told maybe if we have any, this was a Sunday morning visit so biscuit and gravy lovers beware all and all not bad just make sure you get everything Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
