stopped and went for a venti latte and caffe mocha. I counted seven people working behind the counter. Surprisingly, it took more than 10 minutes to get my drinks. first there was a cash register, then two then one then two. my order was fast, it takes them awhile to process it. very inefficient staff no guide to guide them View all feedback.

Nice people but they need more staff. I’ve been in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and there are only 2 cars in front of me.
