WOWI drove about 35 minutes from my home to this place as I wanted to go on a daytrip outside of Ottawa, and reviews said this place was amazing.

We stopped in a little after 1 for a late lunch.

"A gem in Carleton Place both for the food and the views! It has an incredible water backdrop if you?re on the patio and inside is a bougie, modern atmosphere. I?ve been here a few times now and have not been disappointed- food and service has been more or less consistently good (we had one bad experience on both fronts). Ribs are fall off the bone and calamari was a different on two separate occasions (one we liked and the other wasn?t much of a fan of but will give it credit for the creativity). Would highly recommend."
