Unfortunately we received bad service on our visit. When we paid, we got charged over the amount shown on the menu even when presenting discount, which when corrected took some time after being told that we asked for the wrong thing. We then only received 1 out of our 2 desserts which melted whilst we waited to see if the other would arrive… it didn’t. What Rachel Anderson doesn't like about Chi:
had no eating, waited old to be sitting, then was sitting for 30 minutes and no one had an order, not even drinks. we stood up and went very disappointed when I heard that eating was good, but the service was terrible. a friend had warned me, the waiting time is long for departure. I think if they sort it out, it would be a much better service/experience. read more.

At the bar, you can still relax after the meal (or during it) with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, the guests love having the chance to watch the latest games or races on the big screen in this sports bar, while also enjoying food and drinks.
