Menu

The menu of Noodle Republic from Cambridge comprises about 56 different menus and drinks. On average you pay about £9 for a dish / drink.

A restaurant offering what claims to be Japanese ramen, but falls short according to disappointed customers. Complaints of flavor, authenticity, and high prices dominate reviews. However, the establishment shines with its fresh sashimi, sushi, and Chinese dishes. While some dishes receive praise, such as the unique Chongqing noodles, service is lacking in friendliness. On the positive side, the ambiance is enjoyable, with friendly staff and a variety of menu options appealing to all tastes. Overall, a mixed bag with room for improvement, but still worth a visit for those seeking a diverse dining experience in Cambridge.

Was Gordon Miller at Noodle Republic a mag?
£9.8 for a toncottsu wheel. at least for the card payment is £10, so prepare them cash. they have counterseated what it's nice, because I don't feel so scared when I go alone. the smoke smells too porky for my taste, and I did not expect the chashu to come with bones in japan is the chashu boneless. the noodles were very well deserved, chewy? overall it is near a japanase wheel, but I wouldn't pay for a ram in japan.... What yixiug2020 dislikes about Noodle Republic:
If you have experienced authentic Japanese ramen before, you will quickly notice that what is being passed off as Japanese ramen is actually just Chinese beef brisket soup. The noodles also do not resemble ramen noodles. I feel deceived. The flavor is decent, but honestly, I cannot trust a restaurant that cannot distinguish between Japanese ramen and Chinese beef brisket soup! View all feedback.

I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. After searching for some good Chinese food in the area and reading reviews on both Yelp and Google, I almost passed by this place. However, I am grateful that I didn't. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly. I sat at a table for one, but ended up striking up a conversation with the staff who recommended some popular dishes. I opted for Menu Item 104 and requested the noodles be changed to a different type. I added some extra spices to my liking, and found the spicy beef noodles to be just the right level of heat for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and with the excellent service, warm welcome, and reasonable prices, I will definitely be returning.

Had the teriyaki chicken and rice with a Sapporo beer— delicious. Really recommended. Quite quiet atmosphere but great food

Ordered a lamen with pork. Worst ever living in even this tasteless UK for four years. Smells simply vomiting and wasted my ten pounds leaving it almost untouched. If you expect something like a Japanese lamen, never visit. DON'T trust the rating in Google. Three star are far exaggerated as well.

Ordered the Japanese Udon with spicy beef and never been so disappointed. Tasteless, fatty and lacking meat. Also expensive! Don’t bother trying. While I was there another customers was complaining about the food quality and their customer service was terrible.
