This place is no longer in Callander. Apparently deserted the local area for the big city of North Bay where there are lots of places to eat already.

My husband and I and two other couples went for their Valentine's Dinner special. It was a set menu but every course was delicious and with an excellent present...

"I ordered on Skip the dishes and everything was delicious, especially the bread. There are a lot of unique customization options as well. Plus you have to love a place that says choose as many as you want under sauce and topping options.Unfortunately there was an error with my order but they 100% made it right.Oh and the cookies were great too!"

"This is the worst Mexican food I can honestly say I've had. After reading so many positive reviews both myself and my girlfriend were excited to try it out while in town.We were both extremely disappointed, my Cochinita Pibil tacos were bland, soggy and nothing special.I hope this was just a very off day for you."

"Since we returned to North Bay, we've been disappointed in the absence of a good source of fish and chips. We decided to give Ivan's a try, even though it's not a fish specialty spot.Tonight, Ivan's won the fish and chip prize. The fish was perfectly cooked and tender. The serving size was generous and the price was reasonable. The dish was better than a nearby fish restaurant and it offered better value.Service is a bit different at Ivan's. You line up to place your order and get an identifying number to place on your table. When your meal is ready, it's delivered to you. The system works well, but there's a odd element to it. Since no individual wait person is directly responsible for a particular zone in the restaurant, four different servers cruised by to ask how everything was. Yes, it's nice to have someone check to make sure that everything was all right, but when it comes in multiples, it begins to get tedious.Other than "Is it okay, okay, okay, okay" the experience was good and we will return."

"We finally had the opportunity to try this place and can say we will definitely be coming back. Service was fast Workers were polite Food was fresh, tasty and full of flavor. The deluxe shawarma poutine was better then a regular poutine and the gravy on it SUPER unique. The food was full of body, light, tasty, filling without the guilt trip or heaviness after. They even make their garlic sauce with spice and it compliments the creaminess. I find some places dry out the chicken but not this one!! The chicken was so juicy : A must try!!!"
