This location did not disappoint.Location: easily reached on 32nd Avenue along with numerous other restaurants in the area. The parking lot is small so you might consider parking in the oil change place next door (depending on time of day).Ordering: If you are new to Nando's, you decide what you want from the menu and then go to the front counter and order. In our case we were ordering takeout. We had a large order and the helpful man at the takeout desk suggested a more cost effective grouping of items. Our order (2 chickens cut in quarters - medium and lemon herb, regular fries, peri-peri fries, coleslaw, garlic bread) was ready in about 5 minutes and packed in a large bag with handles for easy transport. It was very busy (about 8 pm) so a lot of people ordering. Taste: Superb. We ended up with the family pack with 2 different chickens cut into quarters, Nando-sized (large) regular fries, Nando-sized peri-peri fries (a bit zippy), Nando-sized coleslaw and 5 large garlic Portugese bread. Everything was still warm (coleslaw cold) when we got back to our hotel. Cost: This order cost $ 61. Our family went to McDonalds for lunch a couple of times over the course of a few days. Lunch for 6 was about $ 57 on each ocassion so Nando's is very cost effective in comparison.

You pay extra for service, so how can you when you haven't yet received it?Second surprise: forget the menu titles, as aperitifs don't come first. We had mixed olives but not the humour, until it arrived after garlic bread ( part of main course) but before main course.Third: had three orders of chicken fries and corn and no corn. Eventually gave up waiting, having been told it was on its way and could see it on the grill, from where it disappeared. When it did arrive no holders and tainted taste and not freshly cooked. After eating in the chicken and fries now cool and not so good.Waitress apologised but told her it wasn't her fault. It was the cooks and they are paid more.This restaurant runs according to pattern set by management. Sack them and get some in who know about service - as it is in Nando's UK and usually is in Canadian restaurants.Real shame.

Added some garlic spice sauce to try it, a little hot but good veggies and garlic mashed sides were excellent. Pleasant family atmosphere friendly service.

The chicken is done right and taste like we always expect - moist with their special peri sauce. The staff are always nice and so full of energy to serve! This is one place we bring friends to and to celebrate special moments.
