Great food. The humus was excellent, taste and texture perfect. The falafel was very tasty but dry. Without the extra tahini sauce would’ve been inedible. The chicken schwarma again was very tasty but dry. It came with a white sour cream sauce that was a perfect additive to make it edible. As you say, if you find a great place, you don't go. so happy I found this place. everything is freshly prepared, tasteful, friendly service and great ambiente. all they need to make an amazing restaurant. I really hope this place has success and I have no doubt that it will reach the top. if they live in calgary or just make a visit, I recommend damascus. I am looking for this city for a great Mediterranean place and I am glad that my search is over. I'll be a happy customer forever. Thanks again!
We have discovered this jewel recently and tried it twice. it is always busy with orders that calm that eating is fresh. to be honest, I was eating the rest of yesterday and could not comment on how delicious it is. even her salat has taste, most of the places are missing. I recommend you try. it's one of the best if not the top-shawarma place I've tried in calgary so far. thanks for their hard work
