We have only recently discovered Pomelo in Burlington in our quest to help small local restaurants survive the pandemic. This is the best Asian food I have had in many years!! We ordered Lamb Curry. The lamb was uneatable, so tough that to call it shoe leather would insult shoes. We spoke to the server who simply ignored us. We ate the rice and gravy leaving all of the so called lamb. The server presented us with the bill without comment or apology.
