Great food as always. And the staff was very, very nice

Over cooked stale chicken tenders this pass Saturday. One of the workers son was playing and washing his hands in the soda fountain while filling up on drinks. Unbelievable and stale fries mixed with burnt fries. The entire employee staff was rude and staring as if the never seen and interracial couple before. I will definitely get the word out about that never will I step ??????? place in this place again. Total disappointment and disrespectful

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I discovered a bug in my salad after having already eaten a substantial portion. When I reported it, I was instructed to bring the salad back. However, after handling it and driving in the car, the bug was difficult to locate. The staff didn’t believe me at first and asked me to spend ten minutes trying to find it. After I eventually found the bug, they started debating whether to give me a full refund for that salad, and I also mentioned that I didn't feel comfortable eating the other salad after that incident. I usually don't get upset with service staff, but this was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this location and its management.

On the plus side, the service was excellent, especially considering how busy they were. We received our order quickly, and the place was nice and clean inside. As for improvements, this is a bit nit-picky, but I tried the new Signature Sandwich, which is marketed to compete with Popeyes, and it was very impressive. However, it could use a bit more sauce; otherwise, it might have been the best sandwich. I'm really just splitting hairs here. In summary, this franchise did an amazing job!

Guy at register, Juan J., had his AirPods on his ear and could not hear us. He took it off to hear, then put it back. I don?t understand how wearing AirPods is allowed, especially at the window when you have to communicate with the Customer. I guess he was so pre-occupied with whatever he was listening, he could not get my drink order correct. I had to ask to remake because it was wrong. Also, I noticed he continued to mess with his long hair pushing it back with hand and then Handling food. Per servsafe, employee must wash hands after touching hair. Of course he was not doing that. When I open the bag to get the food out, one of his hair was in it. Nasty. Management has much needed training to be done at this location.
