Was Hidalgo Domínquez at El Burladero a mag?
We were tired of meat and Italian food so this was a change — nice walk from our hotel. Reservations a must especially on weekends. Avoid the barstool seatings. We had paella which was more than enough for 3 people. Wait staff was very nice. View all feedback.

What Alexander Villalobos dislikes about El Burladero:
For a change we decided to try something different from the local food and had a spectacular meal. It's a beautiful restaurant with great service. We were greeted with a bit of gazpacho and a glass of beer. We only ate the appetizers, a very...interesting version of tasty Spanish tapas, which were much larger than expected. Hope to one day come back and try other items on the menu. View all feedback.

Reserve to avoid disappointments as this place is popular. We take tapas: shrimp, tortilla, mushrooms with ham and egg and cod croquettes. They were all so good with the tortilla melting in the mouth, the best tortilla I ever had.

Spanish food in good air: not as common as you might think. a ba le got a lot of food with Italian influences and, of course, Argentine. We went there to dinner early on Christmas day; perhaps at 8 p.m. I was crowded when we left, as dinner does not start there until 10: 00h. We were a group of four, we shared a great paella. We had drinks and dessert. Everything was fine. I loved the paella.

Amazing experience, with all Spanish things. as it is small it is very important to go with reserve. I was originally going with a 7 group but part of our group had trouble going, so we were only 4 and we didn't have time to call the restaurant to tell them. But when we arrived, they didn't get angry and they offered an incredible service. as an appetizer they gave us some amazing olives, big and juicy, and then we order 3 inks: rabas (fried squid rings,) chipirones to the Basque (camares in red tomato sauce, strong and spicy) and cojonudo ( Spanish delicious.) tortilla de patata, calamar and a fried egg on top.) what I can say, I lived for these beginners. so delicious, 50 tones of squid, but so many different flavors. 10/10, and it was a lot of food, it took us to finish them. Then came the main dish: we asked for fish of the day "to the Basque" that was delicious, and the amount of food (with potatoes;) and chochinillo, a chochinillo cooked on a slow, roasted, that I did not taste but looked beautiful, and according to my friends was unique. Then, after dessert, we ask for "crocant chocolate mouse with ice cream." a delicious crunchy mini cake in layers of silky chocolate, strong, 70% cocoa accompanied by a homemade zabaione gelatto that had an incredible flavor, I accompanied everything with a cup of malbec trapiche reserve, that never disappoints me, we spend 700 ars each. expensive compared to the usual restaurants, but it is worth it, as it was on another level.

We love Spanish food, we try this place. with the desire to tape, we ask for your plate of sample of tapas, some squids in your ink and a shrimp to the chin. the dish of tapas was a bit disappointing with several elements served in toast. tasty but with a lot of bread involved here. The pleasant surprise was the squid, the most tender and delicate squid in history. The shrimps were the ones expected. your chocolate brûlée creme was to die. stunning wine menu. friendly and efficient service. valued accordingly.

I had just a few hours in good air and time to have lunch. if it is not steak in good air, opt for Spanish. this is one of the best Spanish restaurants in the world. very professional service, excellent food in an excellent location in a pickle. your sangria is really authentic as all your food. exceptional lunch at a reasonable price for the quality of the food.
