Hungry Jack's - Buderim

We were in our local Hungry Jacks in Maroochydore around 2:30pm today waiting to be served by one of the five staff who were behind the counter. One guy and a tall dark haired girl were working hard but the orange haired girl was just standing chatting to 2 other young girls who I suspect may have been trainees. Lesson number 1:- Ignore all customers until they go away. Well we received no acknowledgement from any staff and in the end did go away. So in future when we are on our way to the Sunshine Plaza and feel like a bit of junk food we’ll just keep walking past Hungry Jacks and eat at McDonalds instead.

Please be sure if you go in to the restaurant that you have plenty of time because clearly the staff on tonight are in no hurry. It's 9:14pm on a Sunday night an no one wanted to serve us I think the Manager needs to review their staff. . I'm a local and never coming back.

Found this place really dirty. The tables were not clean. The floor was also unclean..food is fine offcourse fast food

Had a monster burger asked for one that had the lot Was told that we only have what's on the board. So I asked for manager as I was the only one in there. She said that as it was quite she would make me a burger with the lot. What can I say it was absolutely brilliant Thank you

Was not busy when we arrived, but our order was taking a long time. Then the staff member said that the payment had not gone thru and wanted me to pay again.I said what do you mean not gone thru, where is the receipt. As I had used my debit card and followed the instructions etc and said to remove card etc. She said oh I will sort something out. but this time it started to get busy. I login to my bank and showed her that the payment had gone thru. So not sure if she was trying it on or had forgot to press the order button. But one place i won't be going to again.
