"I like this place usually the girl that handles the fron she is very nice when she isn’t there it’s like the extra pieces of lime come out of their checks or something because one time i asked for extra lime extra basil they gave me zero lime zero basil tonight I asked for the same and they gave me no extra but I didn’t complain because I’m tired of telling them extra lime extra basil. It’s like learning the language must be difficult because extra lime and basil are hard words !!!"

"Have been here four times and it's always been incredible. In fact, the food seems to only get better each time we go. The owners are personable and talented! The sashimi course is guaranteed to be delicious, and the wagyu with truffle sauce is a rare constant on the shifting seasonal menu I'm always happy to see arrive.It's a real gem in Old Town, Alexandria."

"I tried Smoking Kow for the first time yesterday (5/11/2022), and I must say that I was pleased! I had the family of 4 platter which included the baby back ribs, brisket, collard greens, baked beans, and the creamy garlic jalapeño mac cheese. Everything was tasty! My only complaint (if any, and I’m not deducting any stars) was that the portions were almost not enough to feed 3 adults, but we made it work!"
