Very handy for post Outdoor movie 6.15 session. Generous servings of tasty traditional oz style Chinese food. The best part However was having a conversation with the owner whose family has 5 generations of Broome history both oral and visual in photos around the walls. The good was terrible Ordered a fried rice to tske away Rice was not vooked If I had not been stsyong at Cable beach I would have taken it back Rang shop and they were happy to replace it however I decided not to bother View all feedback.
Looking for somewhere to eat, we stopped outside and wondered if we would go in. We were so glad we did! What a beautiful meal! Great service! A lovely surprise!
Short soup was overly soft & I don't want to know what the soup juice is. Fried rice was tasteless & dry. Chicken cashew was over done with pepper, as was the garlic prawn (with the poo line still in)Beef vegetables the same peppery gravyish sauce. Ate a few spoonfuls & thought it safer to leave. Paid 140 cash (ONLY) and went to McDonald's.
Great selection of meals with rice or noodles. Good sized portions were great value for money. Right in the centre of Broome.
This family has been in broome 150 years. 4 generations of Chinese families have run this place and it was wonderful. Laid back, very basic layout. It great food without being heavy. Very authentic and lovely place.
Loved the Taiwanese Staff. They were very helpful and I just love Thai food. Good location. Tom Yum was fantastic but I could taste the difference depending on the chef. enjoyed most dishes there were some I did not but that's life you have to try. The Green curry dish was superb was well attended each night.
