SCAMMy fiancé and I ordered food to be delivered the other night they never called - and the food never showed up.
I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. That's how horrible they are. HORRIBLE customer service. At least have good food if you have trash employees.

"I have a weird relationship with this Dunkin. There are simply no good drive through breakfast options this side of town, and yet the food is often wrong, drink orders inexplicably cold in a hot cup. I also have a gripe about there being no soy milk, but that is such an insignificant problem compared to receiving a lukewarm matcha when I ordered a hot chai, or getting almond milk in a drink but also getting a bunch of whipped cream on top. The napkins are ferociously stuffed into the bag with food mangled as if they were used.The problem is pretty obviously overworked staff and bad management."

"Very good food, service fine, but when you order online they ask for the name for each sandwich. But they don’t put the name on the individual packages so you have to take them apart to see who’s sandwich is who’s. Beyond annoying."

"It was only 4:30-5:00 and we were dining in a quiet corner and only the second party to be seated. But when the next small group arrived the noise level was quite disturbing .,it wasn’t that people we’re talking loud but the room amplified everyone including the waitress who was wonderful) asking taking the order just rang through the room so much for an intimate, dining experience) .. the room needs some sound baffling to help in this area . This is a classy restaurant not McDonald’s. . But I will dine there again ."
