What Nancy McCartney doesn't like about The Red Oak Restaurant:
A little disappointed this time sat at the tiniest table (my guy is 6’2” with long arms). Ordered an appetizer and after waiting a while was told they ran out! Had the shrimp and grits was fair not great. Service was only fair and a 20% “hospitality charge” already added to the check! Also they need to serve bread instead of breadsticks read more.

"The 1 star is for this specific Mt. Pleasant location. Any time I order food from this location, I come back with the saddest noodles. In my most recent experience, I ordered the Penne Rosa that typically comes with tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. Iasked to remove the mushrooms and ended up getting a dish with no spinach either. The noodles were so dry because they barelyput any sauce on them. The bowl was about a quarter full, so I was still hungry by the time I finished my food. I'm far frompicky and never write negative food reviews, but after several disappointing experiences here, I felt the need to say something.If you're craving some Noodles and Co, avoid being disappointed at this location."
