Grill'd Rosalie - Brisbane

The burgers at this restaurant are pretty good. We used to come here frequently, but one bad experience made us reconsider. We had to wait nearly an hour for 4 burgers and two sides of chips, and they arrived cold. We were disappointed with this, but a friendly staff member refunded our money and gave us a free burger card. We have been back a few times for lunch and the service was much faster. The burgers are great overall, but we recommend avoiding busy times as service can be slow.

The restaurant offers high-quality food and excellent customer service. Make sure to try the hot-bird burger - it's a must!

The service at this restaurant is consistently outstanding, especially from the tall redhead at the register. He greeted us with a big smile and was very understanding of my dietary restrictions as a celiac. He deserves a raise for his excellent service! Despite the understaffed team and heavy rain, the food was also outstanding. Overall, thank you for the great service, especially from the tall redhead.

All other staff were nice except this manager/supervisor women who have no respect to others and seems to be a bad leader. I cant get today's incident out of my head. Disgusted!!!!

Very nice Mexican kitchen. I love the warm decoration of the restaurant. the menu has a lot of Mexican food. also great location at one of my favorite places in brisbane. parking space on the back.
