What Roman Jakovlev doesn't like about GPO Hotel:
- credit card! I bought a beer at gpo. I paid the card as quoted. the amount displayed on the EFTPOS machine was also displayed when I checked my declaration, I was reliant as gpo to follow and was then informed about credit card surcharges. the problem is that I was never informed about the surcharge before I used my card. each company has a legal obligation to inform customers about surcharges before the surcharge is calculated. worse is that they are sneaking it after the transaction. I don't know how they managed to become so kreatiw with credit card fraud. when I threatened to report them for credit card fraud, the degenerated staff, instead of apologising. that's the last time I'm going there. report to often and accc on the way!.
