What JeffJeffery doesn't like about Rotana:
Service was friendly if a bit chaotic. Starters of moutabal and chicken livers were good but the tagines were a joke. Both clearly were precooked stews, lacking much flavour. One claimed to be cooked with prunes, the other with preserved lemons but what a disappointment. The fruit was not cooked within the dish but simply added on top. No subtle flavours, simply bland.
