For us it is a chance to find every year a restaurant like this one in Montgenèvre and the map has an excellent value for money. In the evening for fondue or lunch version "bitronomy" for a quality burger. This restaurant is dedicated to people who love quality and those who have taste and a certain openness of mind will certainly enjoy spending a moment at the trio. I strongly recommend."

"Went to Les Tables de Gaspard last August, stayed for two nights and stayed for dinner as well. The room was spacious, with basic comfort. Bathroom was clean and offered basic comfort as well. There was no real breakfast, but coffee making facilities, and there's...a good bakery just around the corner. Considering the price for the room, still a very good choice. Dinner was very good though. Really liked the inventive dishes, served by a very friendly and welcoming host, in a superb dining room."
