"We went for my parents birthday and must say what a wonderful experience. Service was excellent, the staff are very good and the food was first class. Definitely recommend Mid point to everyone. And as a little surprise for my parents birthdays they gave us a slice of birthday cake. Which was a really nice touch."

"Excellent meal. so happy that mick and lydia took over this pub. despite a really busy dining room, they have made our first experience very special. signature hummer ravioli starter was fab (we all had it), filet steaks perfect, beautiful sea stream and exquisite duck court. desserts to the same standard. very happy to recommend to all our friends."

"Just celebrated mother-in-law’s 80th birthday here with the family (14 in total, adults and children) and really wanted to recommend this pub. We had a private space in the snug which was plenty of room for us all. Food was excellent, plenty of choice for every palate, and when it arrived, it was delicious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they managed our large group without breaking a sweat. Would highly recommend for big groups (book in advance) and I think I’d drive the hour out to Terling for a little walk and a big lunch, just because it’s a gorgeous place and the pub is so nice."
