I'm spoiled perhaps but cannot help but compare the Chateaubrienn with Béarnaise for 2 with the same dish we enjoyed at El Gaucho in Portland Oregon very recently. Although done to perfection the Keller version was very chewy and had much less flavor. Ditto for the sauce. I can recommend neither.However, the goulash is very good as are the sautéed mushrooms.
