The restaurant is clean. We were seated right away and our drinks were quickly brought to the table. The servers were friendly and attentive during the entire visit. The food was brought out very quickly and was served hot and looked very good. The taste was good with some of the the food items tasting different than other places such as the almond soo guy. What User dislikes about China King:
I have had take out twice in the last month. The food is okay, prepared fast and hot but that is about it. Typical of many Chinese-Canadian fare the dishes are bland and lacking any punch or wow factor. The hot and sour soup was not really either, rather it was gooey and too much vinegar. The main courses were all the same, pretty bland, almost as though they are prepared for people who don't like spice. View all feedback.
I have been coming here for 15 years now and i have never found any other place that makes this good of Chinese food.

My client suggested we go here for lunch since it is close to his workplace and he liked the food there. I don't often go to Chinese Food places for business lunch so this was a nice change. The service was excellent and our order was taken very quickly and the food delivered to the table in less than 10 minutes. The food itself was excellent...I have the Sizzling Beef which was tender strips of beef and onions in a dark sauce which was on a sizzling hot plate, and came with white rice. It was VERY good and no complaints. Since my employer expenses my lunches I did not pay much attention to the bill but the price didn't seem too bad either. I would definitely go here again.
We ordered the vegetarian tofu and the vegetarian chop suey (not sure how to spell it correctly), we loved it! We are picky when it comes to Chinese food from living in Toronto and travelling in Asia, but this was great!
Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and had the spicy noodle bowl. Wow what a dish! Fresh delicious veggies, generous potions of chicken beef and shrimp. Very hearty and satisfying. Had to bring leftovers home. Super friendly staff, very accommodating with children. Thoroughly enjoyed our spur of the moment lunch stop.
