Although we ate the brunch at Joe's Waterfront down from the Top Catch, the menu was the same, we were told, and it was excellent. We were there at 9:30, so it was quiet. Our meal at Joe's can only be described as repulsive. My boyfriend ordered fried eggs and there was a pool of liquid on top. I had the lobster frittata which smelled strongly of bad fish. I took my mom there for her birthday the waitress was phenomenal I have never experienced anyone like her I can not remember her name but she even came outside...
