Was Jevon Kassulke at La Tupina a mag?
Very enjoyable meal all round but quite toppy. Loved the old fashioned grill with spits and cauldron which they fried the chips in bubbling goose fat. Cote de Boeuf was splendid but should be for €120! Wine was OK but overpriced at €45 a bottle.Service was incredibly slow, but the place was rammed inside and out. Forma parte del pequeño grupo de restaurantes ubicados junto al Tupiña, en la zona de la Porte de la Monnaie. El restaurante es bonito y la carta es muy interesante, con platos muy sólidos (la macaronade estaba exquyisita). La Tupina has good food, the interior of the restaurant has fluorescent lighting which was very very bright and uncomfortable, and then one of the lights
After a day of touring wine chateaus in Pauillac and Saint Julien, our tour group went to dinner at La Tupina.
