Grill'd - Bondi Junction

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. We are regular customers, but this time we've had enough. On a Sunday at 5pm, Grilled was empty. The employees got our order wrong, and when we asked for the correct items, they never came. Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, our food took 30 minutes to arrive. We also ordered drinks that never came, and we had to ask for them multiple times. The employees seemed more interested in their own conversations and phones than serving us. It is clear that the owners do not care about customer feedback. We will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and dine somewhere else where you will be appreciated. I visited this restaurant last Saturday evening (11 Nov) and ordered a burger, kids burger, small regular chips, and small sweet potato chips. The first batch of regular chips we received were cold, so we asked for fresh ones. Unfortunately, the new batch was undercooked and soggy. The sweet potato chips were even worse, being soggy on the outside and raw/crunchy on the inside. Chips should never be crunchy on the inside! It was very disappointing, especially considering the total cost of our meal was around $50. Grill'd is known for being a good, consistent place for decent food, but this experience fell short. The service was for dining in, the meal was for dinner, and the average price per person was between A$20-40. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

We had brunch at this restaurant and we give it top marks across the board. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect. We highly recommend dining here for a wonderful experience.
