Bondi Ramen

So sorry to hear that you a closing! I loved your delicious and healthy meals. Staff were always welcoming. Will be so missed! Bondi Ramen was the best Japanese restaurant where I could pop in and come out nourished!

I ordered tempura ramen, chicken katsu curry and gyoza. Ramen broth was tasty and the tempura (one piece prawn and kaki-age) were crispy and nicely deep fried. Chicken was cooked well and the separate curry sauce was robust in taste. Gyoza was ok.

Large menu with a variety of meals (not just ramen). I enjoyed my cold soba with tempura on a hot day.

I’ve been coming here for years but sadly last night was the last. The owner of this restaurant knows nothing about customer service. Once we ordered the wrong food came out. When we explained the waitress had misinformed us about the menu, this was our fault. When we simply asked if they could bring us the correct dish, they refused. We’re talking about a bowl of noodles here. Humiliating and unreasonable behaviour from the owner. There are better places in Bondi Junction than this.

Very authentic flavours at this contemporary unassuming ramen ya. The menu is immense and from what I had (Tan Tan Ramen) it was delicious down to the last spoonful of spicy broth. I added extra chashu ptk which I didn't like as much, however the chicken karaage more than made up for it.
