Will never go there again! Our pancake was doughy and we asked them to remake it. They said they would. Then we found a hair in the whipped cream. Always like eating here! Love that they have the vegetarian sausage patty as an option on the menu. They are pretty busy so we had to wait a bit to get our food

"I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else."
