Went to Big City for the first time a couple months ago. We waited a good bit for our food but the place was absolutely slammed so that's totally understandable. The food absolutely made the wait worth it. Huge portions. We took home the leftovers and made another meal out of it. Going back tomorrow. read more.

"I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else."
