I would recommend not putting a table for 2 between 2 tables for 4. The one table had a very loud person. The other had two conversations going on. My husband I had to keep leaning in to hear each other. Perhaps a 2 table should be in a corner so one side is buffered. Or, we could have moved our chairs together on one side.
