After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, we thought of trying the restaurant and walked in on Friday night. On reaching the restaurant, we were turned back by rude staff stating that they were fully booked for the night. Next day, we made prior reservation and...we're lucky to find the table. The restaurant only opens for dinner at 6pm and there kitchen closes at 10pm. So make sure you don't go there without reserva... View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Libanesisches Essen:
The food was wonderful, but the service was very bad. We waited 1 hour before dinner at the table. People arrived long after us who were obviously friends of the owner and had served them almost immediately food. Preferential treatment for certain guests....We waited 20 minutes before the attention of a waiter to order a dessert. For a family-run restaurant it was very disappointing. View all feedback.

Perfect hospitality and delicious food, I would recommend this restaurant for everyone, it is something fantastic

I ate here as a part of a large group last month. The booking was made a week in advance and we were seated outside on arrival. We ordered drinks and were advised that bottles of prosecco would be better value than individual glasses. This...worked out to be 18. per glass when we received the bill, so either their prosecco by the glass is ridiculously expensive or they were lying. After receiving our drinks, we read the menu and upon placing our order we were told that having individual dishes would not be possible as it would take too long for the kitchen to prepare. Instead we were advised to take the set menu of sharing platters at 50. per person. Nobody was particularly enamoured with this choice, but since we’d already got drinks, were hungry and guessed it unlikely to find another place with enough space for us all, we reluctantly agreed. The food was average and, as is often the case with sharing platters for big groups, many people were still hungry afterward. We ran out of hummus during the meal and asked for some more; a small bowl was charged on the bill at 29. . They also refused to let each person pay for what they ordered and made us decipher and divide the bill ourselves, which took at least 15 minutes and meant some people missed their trains. Overall, a very poor experience. We all felt deceived and will not eat here again. I’m from Geneva so won’t be passing by frequently anyway, but many of my dining companions are Zürich locals and they certainly won’t be recommending it. On the contrary, in fact.

We just entered and saw many people we asked if they have free table.. suddelny the waiter and chief told uz do you have, reservation (we did not know we need to reserve before) so we asked if it is possible to have a seat...they told.may be after 15 minute..we came back t, the waiter saw.me.instead of saying if there is a free place or not ,kept saying depend on chief, and i noticed the chief saw us with no.comment from far as weired he looked to us,so we decide to.leave as they can inforward please resrve in forward it is our system, not just come back and no.one say a word if is it empty or full... i can not judge about the food we did not try it, but if it is full i guess the food is good and exotic, i was so excited to see arabic food and seems great but how they welcomed.new customers for first time was shocked us , i know and i believe they are busy and have alot of work but no hart to be kind and smile may be was our bad luck we came just not in proper time.

I found sheesh Tawouk th best. But at the same time, I found the staff to be a bit arrogant and rude. They weren't as welcoming as they should be...!
