Visited with my adult son on one of the hottest days of the year and was relieved by how cool it was inside. Ordering using the QR code on the table and online was easy. The food came extremely quickly and whilst very tasty made the meal feel very like a fast food place it would take longer to get food in McDonald's. What Ttracyp doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
My daughter in law purchased some food today and unfortunately assumed all Nando's were halal (the ones we have been to in London and the South were). Although the food had already been purchased and she had left, I called to explain that we were unable to consume the food. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to a staff member, Katie, who was courteous and professional and offered a refund, which I accepted. read more.

Spoilt takeaway birthday meal, by not giving us all the bags in our order. 40 minute round trip to get the rest, by which time first bag inedible. Thanks Nandos

"Owner called Nihat, of this restaurant is extremely rude and obnoxious. Never going again. I went there with my husband and my daughter who is 4 years old. It was my husbands birthday and wanted to take him out for dinner. As I was passing him on my way back to the table with my daughter he tutted at my daughter as apparently he thought she was in his way and was extremely rude. my husband mentioned it to him and his reply was to ask to take my husband out for a fight…. !!! What sort of a person does this especially as he can clearly see we were a family. Horrible horrible man"
