The grill is always a favorite. I’m partial to the fish dishes. But the steak is equally as good. Also the lobster salad and shrimp and crab salad is very refreshing. The grill is great for both lunch and dinner. Family and business. Perfect for after shopping and grabbing a seat at the bar. Definitely go if you have not been you will not be disappointed. Always a solid meal and experience. The staff from hosts to se... View all feedback.

What Unique Durgan dislikes about Grill on the Alley:
Can’t recommend as I had a reservation, and arrived to be told they weren’t allowing any one else to dine that evening. I asked why I did not receive a call to inform me before I had arrived, they insisted they had only to then say they may not have because they called reservations earlier that evening, but never shut off Opentable to not allow any more reservations. On a business trip from Tennessee and ate dinner here. In over 30 years, I merely thought I had eaten good steaks. The ribeye here raised the bar higher than expected. The waitstaff treated me like long time friends. I highly recommend this establishment.

I love TGOTA. I have been going there off and on for decades now and it's always on point, high end American fare served in that a la carte, old school, New York style I go for the lobster bisque, superlative steaks and seafood, a dover sole piccata to die for, and the key lime pie etc. The bar is amply stocked and the original cocktails are solid and good, all made by trained bartenders who understand the power of friendly service, what w their all buttoned up vests and attire. Oh, let's not forget the room BEAUTIFUL. High ceilings, clean, bright, booths and a magical art collection anchoring the walls perfectly... Go. Look for Pamela the host who never forgets a face and hope you get Steve as your waiter: he's been there 30 years and knows it all inside and out.

We go for the chicken pot pie and it did not disappoint. Even a Ron Howard siting.
