I appreciate the variety of vegan options Mishio offers, unusual for the average "Omnivore" restaurant. 3 vegan noodle dishes, 2 tofu dishes, 2 seitan dishes and more. However, food is not incredible, almost fast food quality. The Udon noodles were ok, but the Seitan had a sponge texture and the sweet and acidic sauce was like an average you can buy in the grocery store. Not great, but not the worst. read more.
