Was User at Roadhaven a mag?
Counter Staff was friendly, supportive and gave me multiple options when I asked her for Hot Drinks. Ordered Large Van Chai (Chai Latte) and she prepared in 3 Mins to my expectations and proper sugar value that I needed. Wonderful Commitment and Service to delight their customers. What User dislikes about Roadhaven:
Really great location and on our way north we seem to stop there to feed our bub and the amenities both times have been good but the food is mediocre. We shared a meal the first trip and it was fine but no one in there so they were mopping and for 8:30 pm seems fair enough and didn't come near us. Tonight same thing on a Thursday and mopped around us whilst eating. Not a fan of the smell of bleach when eating. Food i... View all feedback.

People are often too harsh in their criticism. What more can you expect from a cafe located next to Burger King? Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, we were still able to enjoy a decent breakfast with toast, fruit salad, and coffee. This place is not meant to be a fancy 5-star restaurant, but it certainly met our expectations.

Would not recommend the coffee, burger with the partie could it with the actual partie. the croissant unimpressiw. on my notes it will stop in a hurry

The coffee tastes awful and there is no choice of bread for the sandwiches; just plain white bread and dry.

Stopped in for lunch.Service was fairly quick and staff were pleasant.Staff made me a fresh wrap as the one in the servery wasn’t too fresh.Egg sandwich was a bit hard.Croissant was toasted and in a sandwich press and came out looking like a pancake.Coffees terrible.

Come here often when passing through on business and usually get the same meal, open works burger and chips. It's always been good value and portions are generous as they cater to a lot of truckies. I was astonished that today the serving of chips...was one third the normal size and the burger had **** all lettuce on it! When I pointed this out to the server she simply shrugged and said that's how it comes... I wonder if the owner has changed as the prices have also gone up which would be the usual first move of a new owner. I have always recommended this site in the past but will give it a miss from now on.
