"Yesterday at 12:30 pm I had visited the Dublin bar/restaurant. When a customer comes to eat at a 5 star restaurant/bar, they come not only for the sake of eating but also for the entire experience and feeling. At first, when I entered there was no greeting, I then had to ask the only man present there by the name of Mr.Janardhan if it was open for lunch. He was initially trying to discourage me by saying the menu was limited and the all day dining restaurant next door was a better option but since I wanted to order just a sandwich and lime soda I said it’s alright. Also I liked the decor of the bar, hence wanted to dine there. When he brought the napkin along with the cutlery, I had requested for a tissue as I was chewing gum. He first said a napkin is there and I had to literally ask him again and again for a tissue,only then he got me one. I order for a sweet lime soda, it was good I ordered for a club sandwich which comes with French fries. He brought it with potato wedges and said “ there are not French fries, the potato wedges are crispy”. Personally I have no issue but this is not the way. I should have been informed while they were preparing the food by saying that since French fries are not available, are potato wedges alright. Also quite surprising to not have a basic item like French fries but that was not the issue, the way things were done. Not a word on how the food was or if I need anything else. We are not paying only for the food but for the experience as well. My suggestion is to put energetic staff who have a passion for hospitality. This would help the hotel brand as a whole. Everything else was great, for example, the cleaning staff in the restroom was courteous and polite, the doorman was sweet."

"The best barbeque-nation in bangalore! in the main street mg, near the metro station trinity. first we are served with appetizers both veg and non-veg, we liked prawn and fish the most. non veg is much better than veg options. later began with main course, the sorts of biryani, roti and curries. desserts are the best part of the place. but jamoon was too sweet, could not eat. negatiw: washroom is not large, hand wash is clubbed with washroom. washroom is not clean. no juice is prepared!"

"I had an event here. Hotel has a beautiful ambience and atmosphere. The party halls are elegant too. Overall service was good and the operations staff were very helpful. Food was also good in taste, though could have been bit better. A big flaw that they did was cooked up a different main course than what we selected and upon checking they said that the particular chef is on leave today."
