"I would give a zero star if I could. I ordered dinner for my family directly off of the Napoli website. Again DIRECTLY off of the Napoli website. Napoli apparently partners with DoorDash for delivery and nowhere during the checkout process does it state as such. The DoorDash driver showed up an hour later and did not have the pizza and said the restaurant did not give him the pizza. We called the manager of Napoli’s and they took ZERO accountability and said the customer needs to contact DoorDash. I don’t have a Doordash account. The restaurant partners with a third party delivery service and tells the customer to contact them if the order is wrong or incomplete. I will never order from this restaurant again and I encourage anyone reading this to go elsewhere. This company does not care and customers should spend their money elsewhere. An absolute joke of a restaurant."

"Very disappointed today.Been coming to MM forever and have always had a pleasant experience, however today really left me sour.The red haired girl behind the counter waited on another person while I was clearly next.Typically this wouldn’t have been a big deal but she knew I wasn’t too happy and said “whatever”.This is not acceptable customer service and maybe the employees should ask who’s next before waiting on people."

"Hotel recommended this restaurant. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. 9 days later after our family holiday in Florida on the way back to Nordminnesota we planned our trip home so we could eat 1 more time in this wonderful place. Yes, because of the food and the great service, we will keep an eye on this place when our return stops when we go south. Thank you and your wonderful staff n mouth water food."
