We love this place! Authentic Japanese dishes, flavors and just absolutely delicious. The sashimi is always fresh, the sushi rice is perfectly seasoned, the tempura is light and crispy, the karaage is super flavorful and the udon has the most wonderful texture. What Tony W dislikes about Ikenohana:
The food and service were fantastic. With that mentioned, I'm not sure we would go back. The sink at the sushi bar was foul. Black mildew growing on the back wall and the area around it. The lock on the bathroom door was also broken. It's not a big deal, but it could lead to someone being embarrassed. I'm giving it a 3 star rating because the food and service were top-notch. When someone who only started eating more in the last few years, I had to say I had eaten top-animal Japanese food. but I can say with certainty that.
Not to a good start. the people who came after our party sat next to us, were served first. unthinkable or racist, as the party speaks Japanese.
Fantastic sushi in the west side! authentic Japanese sushi and the quality of the fish were excellent. the only thing is that the waiting time can last for a long time.
Best place for sushi in Beaverton. They also have a great Chicken katsu bento that is a huge amount of food and so good. Prices are good too.
